Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their brands, objectives, and working methodologies.
  • Skilfully grasp client briefs, providing comprehensive debriefs to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize work plans, scopes of work, and deliverables, meticulously tracking timelines and milestones for timely and successful project delivery.
  • Create engaging presentations and pitches showcasing creative flair and strategic thinking.
  • Monitor work progress, maintaining clear communication with clients regarding project updates and final requirements.
  • Address client requests promptly, escalating complex issues to seniors when necessary.
  • Utilize industry tools to forecast and track key account metrics, offering valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status, performance, and campaign results, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the marketing industry.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing concepts and strategies, with proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
