Procurement Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to drive interior project procurement business.

  • Identify and acquire new contractors, project management firms, and corporate clients for procurement of interior materials and products.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, procurement managers, and site execution teams.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/materials from our portfolio.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales process with CRM tracking, funnel management, and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, office furniture, procurement solutions, or allied industries.
  • Strong business development skills with proven track record in closing B2B sales.
  • Relationship-driven approach: ability to influence contractors, architects, and business owners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
