Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing interior projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a skilled project coordinator with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of interior design processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and ensure costs are within approved limits for projects.
  • Track and monitor design changes, update documentation accordingly, and maintain all project-related files.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure smooth communication.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation as the single point of contact for major clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects and assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support the project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are necessary.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
