Performance Marketing Specialist

The role is responsible for end-to-end performance marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization. You will handle full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Nykaa platforms, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth.

About the Role

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across all platforms to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track key performance metrics, such as CAC, ROAS, ACOS, and LTV.
  • Growth Strategy: Build and execute a structured testing roadmap to explore new ad platforms and emerging growth channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with D2C / consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of handling Meta, Google, Amazon, and Nykaa campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Nykaa Partner Portal.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, ACOS, and attribution.
  • Ability to own budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver profitable growth.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with creative/content teams for ad assets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in skincare/beauty/FMCG brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Interakt, or CRM flows (for retargeting/retention).
  • Exposure to influencer-led performance and affiliate marketing.
  • Comfort with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
