The Role of BIM Project Manager Involves Leading Multiple Architecture, MEP Projects.

BIM Project Managers oversee various projects with at least 20 years of experience in the field. Their responsibilities include managing teams, clients, and budgets effectively. They must ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve successful execution from inception to completion.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize delivery.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.

- Identify challenges, address issues, and maintain quality control, including clash coordination.

2. Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to build lasting relationships.

- Attend meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address concerns or inquiries.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.

3. Business Development:

- Participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's services.

- Utilize industry expertise to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase capabilities.

- Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.

4. Budget Oversight:

- Exercise close monitoring of project expenses, resources, and budget allocation to ensure financial viability.

- Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or client satisfaction.

- Maintain tight control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

5. Best Practices Implementation:

- Establish and enforce leading best practices in BIM management, adhering to relevant industry standards.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the BIM team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technology and methodologies, incorporating them into project workflows.

Must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies. Job Location - Chennai (No Hybrid or Work-from-home arrangement). Immediate Joiners preferred.
