Lead Project Coordinator - BIM Expert

We seek a skilled professional to manage project teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and oversee the implementation of BIM tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate with project leads to ensure accurate tracking of project status and optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Oversee the management of BIM models, reports, and deliverables.
  • Develop and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
  • Additional expertise in Dynamo, 5D CostX, 4D Fuzor, Civil 3D, or Infraworks is desirable.
