About the Role

This Senior Leadership position plays a critical role in delivering technically complex solutions to our clients. As the face of Dentsu to our multiple Onshore teams, you and your project teams will deliver solutions that meet customer needs with strong hands-on experience on Multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and estimate deep technical, custom development solutions that meet customer needs with a strong hands-on experience on Multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans by performing gap analysis.
  • Setting program guardrails and managing program scope and dealing with Change Requests -- scope or project management.
  • Timeline Management, Project Planning & Tracking Program Progress by workstream.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • 10-12 years of technical program/portfolio management experience with strong hands-on is a MUST.
  • Understanding of how Adobe solutions play with other platforms e.g., Pega, Salesforce, SAP Hybris, GCP, others.
  • Should have experience leading Architecture, Implementation, presenting demos & Integration design of different Adobe solutions.
  • Presales, Sales experience in solutioning and winning deals on Adobe Platforms or similar platforms.
