The Role and Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and overseeing the design and implementation of our system architecture.
  • Actively participate in evaluating and influencing architecture decisions and technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring seamless integration and scalability of our solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and infrastructure management.
  • Contribute to the creation of architectural diagrams and documentation, as well as provide input on technical proposals and solution designs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine the feasibility of technical projects and initiatives, providing expert advice on technical requirements and resource allocation.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the organization, fostering an environment where team members can grow and develop their skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12-18 years of professional experience in software design and development, with hands-on back-end implementation expertise.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing low-latency and highly scalable backend infrastructure using container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
  • Strong programming skills in designing and implementing multi-tier applications, with proficiency in Linux environments and RESTful API/micro-service design.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and exposure to vulnerability and penetration testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of web applications, cybersecurity, and open-source technologies.
