As a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality systems, driving process enhancement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory requirements. You will be expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field (B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ MSc/PHD).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
