Software Tester Role

As a skilled software tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our products.

The successful candidate will have excellent testing skills, including experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver automated tests in core technologies
  • Create test documentation
  • Define test scope for the tested area and identify risks
  • Define and improve QA processes
  • Provide support to other team members
  • Lead and input into technical discussions

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of commercial experience with manual and automation testing
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation
  • Experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript programming language
  • Excellent understanding of testing techniques and strong experience with manual testing, with some experience in non-functional testing
  • Knowledge of good practices in testing and the ability to apply them in a practical way
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people, with the ability to explain complicated technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Experience in API testing using Postman
  • Ability to mentor and guide more junior testers
  • Hands-on experience with Databases/Advanced Excel is highly desirable
  • Experience working with large datasets or large customer base is highly desirable
  • Root cause analysis
  • Test reporting
  • Knowledge of CI/CD setup, SQL databases, Monitoring services (e.g., Rollbar, New Relic), Test design, programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS), Test planning and QA strategy
  • Knowledge of Python, Java is an added advantage
