A key component of this role is the formulation, evaluation, and revision of Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This involves overseeing the process to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

In addition, the successful candidate will strategize and implement material procurement schedules to optimize construction workflows. They will also evaluate contractor bills and quantities for accuracy, supervising site activities to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct cost comparison analyses, ensuring that all projects adhere to financial guidelines. Furthermore, they will generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on project costs, schedules, and potential challenges.
