**Job Description**

Sunteck Realty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Meetings and Appointments: Coordinate schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange appointments with minimal supervision.
  2. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for management, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and conferences, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and perform other assigned tasks by management.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong calendar management and coordination skills.
