Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtualization and Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for leading technical sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customers' unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies (VDI, VDI/Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
    • Expertise in security protocols (firewalls, VPN, Identity Federation)
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
