Senior Financial Reporting Expert

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Chartered Accountant to lead our financial reporting efforts. As a senior member, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports and analysis for management, closing of accounts, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You will also be responsible for preparing IndAS compliant financial statements, interacting with statutory and internal auditors, and preparing tax audits and fixed assets register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis for management, highlighting key trends and areas of improvement.
  • Closing of accounts and ensuring compliance with GAAP, including preparation of financial statements and notes to the financial statements.
  • Preparation of IndAS compliant financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Interaction with statutory and internal auditors, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Preparation of tax audits and fixed assets register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified CA with 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IndAS, with ability to apply principles to complex financial situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to prepare complex financial models and reports.
