Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs; provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals; work with delivery, sales, HR, and other teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger; spearhead month end, quarter end, and year end activities; ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency; identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management; collaborate with practice heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate and communicate insights.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
