Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning and experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

As a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify their business requirements and configure custom solutions.
  • Designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).
  • Working with project teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist, you will need to have:

  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years in supply chain planning or a related field.
  • A strong academic record in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; anything above is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
