Job Description

As a senior system administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and performance of our supply chain systems.

You will be responsible for providing proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support to bridge technology and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions to ensure continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serving as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use supply chain systems, handling calls and chats, and documenting all interactions.
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.
