**Retail Test Lead Position Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Test Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create test scenarios from Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and Feature Development Description (FDD)
- Develop test cases from these scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage
- Show in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Retail Point of Sale (POS) functions and features
- Skilled at creating thorough test results, detailing findings and defects
- Familiarity with testing and bug tracking tools like ServiceNow and DevOps
- Hands-on experience in identifying bugs and raising them effectively
- Effective communication skills for presenting test outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders
- Prioritize providing detailed test summaries and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Must possess over 10 years of relevant experience
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in FRD and FDD-based testing methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Retail POS functionalities
- Strong analytical skills for identifying defects and reporting on test results
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience in utilizing testing and bug tracking tools
