Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex projects and has a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Experience with Hyper Care incident management, data analysis and visualization tools, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications
  • Design and implement business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
  • Manage Hyper Care incident processes and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable plans
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user stories
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
  • Experience in Hyper Care incident management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
  • Experience in change management and process improvement
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience in Sales and Field Service modules
