Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and design enterprise-level D365 CE solutions that meet business requirements, scalability, and performance criteria
  • Develop and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal, into D365 CE to enable seamless solutions
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams through all stages of the D365 CE and Power Platform lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and support
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and UI customizations using the Dynamics SDK, JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform tools
  • Work with Microsoft Azure and DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for deploying D365 CE and Power Platform solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics CRM, especially with the Sales, CSW, and Marketing Module
  • Proven experience in Power Platform, especially with Canvas Apps, PCF Control, Power Automate, and Power Portal
  • Proficient in Azure integration using Customer API development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE as a senior developer role
