Job Title: Senior Store Manager

Delhi based Retail Opportunity - Lead Sales Team to Drive Growth

We are seeking a results-driven retail professional with experience in luxury sales to lead our store sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, passion for fashion and exceptional customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of retail operations, driving sales and profitability
  • Build and manage relationships with high net worth clients to achieve sales targets
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements:

  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth clients at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net worth customers
