Job Title: Senior Data Compliance Lead

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive data protection framework across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a thorough assessment of current data privacy policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement controls for data collection, storage, access, and sharing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party assessments related to data processing and privacy.
  • Design and facilitate training programs for staff on data protection principles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects in the financial services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations, including PIPA and GDPR.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable business processes.
