Marketing Intelligence Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence specialist to deliver high-quality dashboard reporting and provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance for our clients using the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.

About the Role:

  • Working with our team to deliver dashboard reporting and provide a 360-degree view of marketing performance for our clients.
  • Utilizing the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform to manage data streams, build marketing and advertising dashboards, and create advanced visualisations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and real impact.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

About You:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using Marketing Cloud Intelligence including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Experience with data mapping and normalisation.
  • Experience with related data streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • Experience with SQL helpful.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
