Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the industry by driving process improvements and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level production support for various applications, including FIS Investran and ancillary systems.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams and vendors to resolve technical queries and issues.
  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, execute tests, and report detailed results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 6+ years in Business Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of FIS Investran (Yardi Voyager preferred) and ability to work with complex systems.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including early morning and night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
