Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI specialist to join our team at Teceze. The successful candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for accounting and finance.

Main Responsibilities:

\
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to identify areas for AI-driven improvements in accounting, tax, and audit workflows.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions such as data extraction, document classification, anomaly detection, and automation of repeatable tasks.
  • Train and fine-tune machine learning models using company data, ensuring compliance with international accounting and regulatory frameworks.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing software platforms, including QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for staff on the use of new AI tools and workflows.
  • Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technology trends in accounting and finance.
  • Document processes and model parameters, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to international data privacy laws.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation, preferably in accounting.
  • Proficient in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with natural language processing, OCR, and RPA tools.
  • Familiarity with common accounting platforms and their APIs is an advantage.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in US/Canadian tax, accounting, or audit process automation.
  • Certifications in AI/ML or data science.
  • Knowledge of US/Canadian data privacy and security regulations.
  • Prior experience in an outsourced or BPO environment.
