Job Description
  • We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the development of advanced generative AI models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Next-Generation AI Models: Leverage your expertise in machine learning to design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art generative AI models, ensuring seamless integration with our business strategies.
  • Enhance AI Capabilities: Implement and optimize large language model (LLM) fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI safety mechanisms to improve model efficiency, usability, and scalability.
  • Integrate AI into Products/Services: Collaborate closely with our business and engineering teams to embed innovative generative AI solutions into real-world applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
  • Optimize for Scale & Performance: Build and refine scalable machine learning pipelines for efficient model deployment, inference, and real-time adaptation.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Maintain a pulse on emerging technologies, model architectures, and industry breakthroughs to drive continuous innovation and growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • You hold a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience is also acceptable).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Data Science domain with strong exposure to Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in machine and deep learning languages, preferably Python and R, to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets.

A key requirement is the ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, aligning with our business objectives.
