AI Researcher Role Overview :

As an expert in machine learning and deep learning, you will be at the forefront of exploring and developing novel algorithms, models, and techniques.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate theoretical AI advancements into practical applications.

  1. Conduct research : Drive independent and collaborative research in AI, focusing on advancing state-of-the-art algorithms.
  2. Algorithm development : Design and develop innovative machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
  3. Experimentation & evaluation : Plan, implement, and evaluate experiments to validate research hypotheses.
  4. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready AI systems.
  5. Documentation & publishing : Document research findings and methodologies.

Required Qualifications :

Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

2+ years (for entry-level) or 5+ years (for senior) of research experience in AI/ML.

Proven track record of academic or industry contributions to AI, such as publications in reputable conferences.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques.

Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in applying AI research in industry.

Active contributions to AI-related open-source projects or libraries.
