Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned strategy professional to lead our data-driven initiatives in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent PowerPoint presentation abilities, and at least six years of experience in strategy consulting roles with a focus on research within the financial services domain.

This role requires an individual who can analyze investment budgets, generate insights across different themes, and provide strategic recommendations based on key non-financial metrics. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders, and possess strong Excel programming skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining forecasts on key non-financial metrics and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Gathering, managing, and consolidating internal datasets and external data based on project requirements.
  • Drafting a bi-weekly industry activity newsletter for leadership.
  • Supporting intelligence lead in drafting thought leadership pieces on specific areas, peers, and regulations.
  • Owning workstreams in projects and acting as an expert in data visualization.
  • Analysing investment budgets and insights across different themes.
Required Skills
  • A strong academic background, including a BTech and MBA in Finance with 6+ years of experience in the Banking Industry or relevant experience in Payment Strategy.
  • Strategic planning and insight generation experience
  • Experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Excel programming skills with a technical and analytical mindset
  • Sound knowledge of economic and financial markets databases
