Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead our user experience design projects and deliver innovative digital solutions. As a key member of our Experience Design Capability team, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences that delight and engage our customers.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of UX design projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive design concepts.

Your responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative and iterative design process that promotes creativity, feedback, and continuous improvement. You will champion user-centered design principles throughout the design process, ensuring that the user's perspective is at the forefront of decision-making.
