Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our product and design team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for enhancing user experiences across web and mobile applications through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and will be responsible for translating business and user needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
