Job Title: Talent Management Associate

Talent Acquisition and Management

The Talent Management Associate is responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to induction. This includes talent sourcing, background verification, salary negotiation, and joining planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Background Verification and Joining Planning: Conducting thorough background checks and coordinating with hiring managers to plan the onboarding process.
  • Salary Negotiation: Negotiating salaries and benefits with selected candidates to ensure a fair deal for both parties.
  • Employee Engagement: Designing and implementing strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of employee data, including performance evaluations and training requirements.
  • Forecasting Hiring Needs: Analyzing business needs and forecasting future hiring requirements, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Employee Turnover Rate Calculation: Tracking and reporting employee turnover rates to identify areas for improvement.
