Financial Management Associate Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial management duties, including operating budget preparation, financial statement analysis, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Operating Budgets and Financial Statements: Assist in the development and implementation of annual operating budgets and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Reconciliation: Process requisitions and other business forms, check account balances, and approve purchases while ensuring accurate accounting records and timely payment processing.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
  • Fiscal Procedures and Compliance: Advise internal departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Payroll Administration: Provide assistance with payroll administration, including managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.
