Job Title:

Data Governance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to manage the development and execution of enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.

This role will execute against the evolving data governance strategy and objectives, partnering with business and technology leaders to shape an enterprise-wide data governance framework ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and security.

  • Contribute to the development of the enterprise-wide data governance team, strategy, framework, and processes.
  • Define and enforce data ownership & stewardship.
  • Drive data quality & integrity initiatives.
  • Contribute to data classification & protection efforts.
  • Develop and maintain governance policies & compliance frameworks.
  • Guide the implementation of data governance technology systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Foundational technical expertise including business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and deal with change and ambiguity.
  • Working understanding of the financial services industry, products, and services.
  • Ability to foster healthy working relationships and communicate effectively.
