Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced STEM Educator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM with progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies. This includes conducting research-based specialized content and instructions to achieve workshop goals and objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop program materials for short-term as well as intensive courses, including teacher manuals, interactive models, TLM, reference material, assessment tools, etc.
    • Strengthen the Resource Centre and develop subject-specific resource material.
    • Regularly update developed resources on the basis of conducted action research/primary or secondary research or other academic reading and writing.
    • Conceptualise, design and conduct research/s on regular basis to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the program modules and other resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in teaching, training, and curriculum development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
