Chartered Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in financial management, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Statutory Audits: Conduct statutory and internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and regulatory bodies.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Audit Management: Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring they comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Compliance Management:
  • ROC Filings and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Corporate Finance: Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Professional Development: Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.
  • Mentorship: Train and mentor junior accountants, facilitating their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
  • CA/CS/CMA certification from ICAI or equivalent body.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, auditing, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
