Job Title: Senior Financial Business Partner

About the Role:

  • This role is a senior financial business partner, working closely with our leadership team to drive business growth and performance.
  • We're looking for someone who can provide strategic financial guidance, analysis and insights to inform business decisions.

About You:

  • You will have significant experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or commercial finance role.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Responsibilities:

A. Performance Delivery

Sales Growth and Revenue Management:

  • Promote revenue growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve sales forecasting, pricing, and product mix.

B. Productivity

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.

C. Net Revenue Management

Trade Spend Management:

  • Design and implement trade spend strategies to maximize returns on investment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize pricing and promotion.

D. Business Partnering

Commercial Insights:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

E. BAU Operations

Credit Management:

  • Oversee credit management processes to minimize bad debt risk and maximize cash flow.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective collection strategies.

F. Compliance and Governance

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
