Job Opportunity: Finance Management Expertise

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Develop and implement financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage Direct Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant - Inter, Master's degree in Commerce, Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and Goods and Services Tax compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
