Job Opportunity: Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules to support our ongoing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Electronic Taxation, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across L2/L3 within SLA timelines.
  • Analyze recurring and critical incidents to determine root causes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Provide support during peak periods like Finance Close and Cyber 6.
