EH&S Business Partner

A key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) processes within an organization.

  • Develop strong relationships between EH&S stakeholders and IT teams to deliver business value.
  • Collaborate with process owners to design and implement efficient EH&S solutions.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Act as a single point of contact for EH&S applications, ensuring stability and compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.
  • Experience in project management and ITIL practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to bridge IT and business functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
  • Experience in integrating EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. They should have a deep understanding of EH&S processes and be able to analyze complex data to identify areas for improvement.
