Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Expert to join our team. As a Payroll Partner, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for multiple states and entities.

  1. You will manage audits, tax compliance, off-cycle payments, and garnishments with attention to detail and adherence to regulations.
  2. Collaborate with HR and internal teams for payroll accuracy and issue resolution.
  3. Ensure confidentiality of payroll data by handling queries via ServiceNow.

Key Deliverables:

To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:

  1. Validate and reconcile payroll data in Workday and related systems.
  2. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  3. Support payroll transformation initiatives and year-end activities.
  4. Generate reports for audits and provide root cause analysis on issues.
