Acquisition and Growth Specialist

Lead our mobile games user acquisition efforts to drive growth through strategic campaign optimization and leadership.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and optimize new campaigns on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads platforms.
  2. Build, track, and optimize UA campaigns to achieve desired results by leveraging data analysis skills.
  3. Develop performance reports and communicate key findings to partners and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze and act on campaign performance based on ROI, ROAS, and projected LTV metrics.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for regular advertising campaigns.
  6. Ensure accurate attribution and report generation through collaboration with analytics teams.
  7. Direct and participate in analytics and tracking implementation tasks.
  8. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution.
  9. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams.
  10. Oversee daily operations of the UA team, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to take ownership.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
  • Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and UA KPIs.
  • Experience working with tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
  • Ability to optimize available budgets to achieve desired results.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and passion for staying up to date with UA techniques and strategy.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance.
