Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Information Technology Intern.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting user testing sessions for mobile applications, developing and executing test plans, collecting and analyzing user feedback, documenting and reporting testing results, and providing recommendations for improving the user experience of mobile applications.

They will also work closely with developers to implement testing feedback and contribute to the development of mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user testing sessions for mobile applications
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Collect and analyze user feedback
  • Document and report testing results
  • Provide recommendations for improving the user experience of mobile applications
  • Work closely with developers to implement testing feedback

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development and user experience principles
  • Experience with user testing methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
