About the Role:

You will work with cutting-edge AI technology to create innovative games and mini-apps daily. This involves designing, building, and critiquing new content, as well as reviewing your own and other developers' work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop fresh games and apps using our proprietary AI tool-chain.
    • Conduct self-assessments of your own output, providing ratings and feedback on what works and what doesn't.
    • Peer review fellow game developers' work, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
    • Document successful design patterns and strategies for reuse by others.
    • Provide actionable bug reports and UX feedback to accelerate development and improve user experience.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust game development tactics accordingly.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for individuals with 0-3 years of hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies. A gamer's perspective and ability to articulate why certain experiences are enjoyable is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are also required. Additionally, being able to prioritize ideas and focus on the most promising ones will be valuable.

Nice to Have:

Bonus skills in basic programming (e.g., JavaScript, Lua), marketing (e.g., social media fluency), or data analysis (e.g., SQL proficiency) would be a plus.

We begin with a one-week paid trial period to assess compatibility and potential. Based on the evaluation, we proceed with a long-term contract if all goes well.
