Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and automation testing, with a focus on Python.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test scripts using tools like pytest and Selenium. They will also work closely with the development team to identify and troubleshoot defects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python and popular testing frameworks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases.
  • Executing automated tests and providing detailed reports on test results.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in development and automation testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
