Job Description:

Test Automation Specialist

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using C# with Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow for BDD-style testing.
  • Create and execute automation test plans and test cases across web-based applications.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance test automation and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Track and manage defects, bugs, and development tasks using JIRA, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and to support test scenarios.
  • Generate and maintain test reports, dashboards, and key quality metrics for stakeholders.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation of test strategies and coverage.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in test automation
  • Expertise in C#, Selenium WebDriver, and SpecFlow
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience with JIRA and SQL is a plus
