Job Title: Finance Content Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Content Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for finance training programs.

Your primary role will involve designing and developing financial and business skills programs, including assessments and evaluations. You will also maintain and update our content repository and LMS, as well as review content created by other team members.

You will work closely with graphic designers to format content in required templates and coordinate with trainers to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the content created or reviewed.

In addition, you will facilitate client support activities through proper and timely communication of issues to relevant parties within our organization. You will also support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Review
  • Maintaining & updating the repository of all content created
  • Reviewing content of other team members and freelance content developers
  • SUPPORTING THE DESIGN & CREATION OF B2B CLIENT PROPOSALS AND TRAINING OUTLINES
  • Coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates
  • Product, Client and Trainer Support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Business or Economics
  • At least one of the following certifications – MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or any equivalent degrees
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD
