Job Title: Leadership Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the success of our learners in the Management and Education domain. This role involves planning, strategizing, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and learner outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, with experience in designing and implementing processes to improve learner outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SOPs and processes for different initiatives to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and conduct root cause analysis to close them.
  • Drive the success of learners in the Management and Education domain.
  • Lead and guide a team of associates and senior associates.
  • Collaborate with teams like Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and drive execution.
  • Excellent people skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and make decisions.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives (preferably in edtech).
