Senior Webflow Specialist

This is a highly demanding role that requires expertise in creating sophisticated websites with custom animations, responsive layouts, and integrations. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for delivering advanced Webflow projects on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Webflow Development: Utilize your skills to build clean, modern, and fully customized websites that meet the client's expectations.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all sites are optimized for speed, mobile, tablet, and desktop compatibility to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Animations & Interactions: Leverage Webflow's advanced animation tools to create engaging user experiences that captivate and retain users.
  • CMS & Dynamic Content: Develop scalable Webflow CMS structures for blogs, listings, and content-heavy sites to facilitate efficient content management.
  • Integrations: Implement third-party APIs, booking systems, CRMs, and marketing automation tools to enhance the functionality of the website.
  • E-Commerce & Payments: Set up secure online stores, subscriptions, and payment gateways within Webflow to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Security: Ensure all sites are SSL-enabled, secure, and follow best safety practices to protect sensitive user information.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices within Webflow for maximum visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Independent Work: Deliver projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on best practices, tools, and improvements for performance, security, and scalability to clients.
  • Support & Maintenance: Offer updates, bug fixes, and enhancements post-launch to ensure the website remains up-to-date and functional.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of proven experience building advanced Webflow websites.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Webflow Designer & CMS.
  • Webflow animations and interactions.
  • Custom embeds (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) inside Webflow.
  • E-commerce functionality within Webflow.
  • API integrations with Webflow.
  • Understanding of web security and safe data handling.
  • Experience with responsive design principles.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and performance optimization.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Portfolio of at least 3–4 advanced Webflow projects (not template-based).
