Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop integration solutions using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and integration diagrams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in integrations.
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripted REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in: REST & SOAP web services, JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side), MID Server configuration and orchestration, Experience with authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS, SAML, JWT).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB data models and how integrations affect them.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
