Webflow Developer

At CloudEagle, we are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and engagement.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer who can work closely with our Marketing team to design and develop web pages and landing page concepts. You will monitor site performance, run regular audits, and provide data-driven suggestions to improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop innovative web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Develop interactive concepts in Webflow, utilizing your observations and learning to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the space, applying this knowledge to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, backlinking, and constant upkeep with ever-changing trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
